Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage to relieve tension, improve performance, and speed recovery using targeted techniques.
Cost: £60 per hour or £40 per half hour of treatment
First visit: Free 30min consultation + 30min treatment for £40, or 1hr treatment for £60
Cupping
This is a great therapy that aids in treatment. It may leave circular marks on the skin and can be a little painful during the first experience.
Cost: I provide cupping as part of the treatment at no extra cost if you choose to include it.
K-Taping
Kinesiology taping supports movement, reduces pain, aids recovery, and prevents injury during activity.
Cost: I provide K-taping as part of the treatment at no extra cost if you choose to include it.
